Before logging into desktop Morningstar Direct, open Internet Explorer and leave it running. Use the desktop Morningstar Excel add-in for additional data functionality, which is available from a limited number of dedicated computers within the Business Library. Look for the orange Morningstar Direct icon on the desktop.
Use the Quick Links on the Dashboard tab to access US mutual funds, stock and stock index options, convertible securities, as well as access to all Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) listed in the United States and Japan.
Search for US and international funds by name to see information including people, financials and research. Screen for funds using the Equity Screener.
If NetAdvantage asks for a log in, please clear your history, cache and cookies, or use a different browser to access the database.
Money market funds from around the world are covered. Press the M-MKT <F5> key to see the menu of options. To find hedge funds, type HFND <GO>. An overview workshop is suggested before undertaking major use of the terminal.
Select Screening from the main menu and choose ETF. Use the pre-built screen templates or create your own.
